Jewelry Order FAQs

SHIPPING

You should receive your order within 5-7 business days. It may take a few more days to arrive if it is the week of a holiday. You will receive a tracking number to your email in order track your package, once your order has shipped.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange by contacting us within 15 days of your order and shipping the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within about 5-10 business days.

If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
